Welcome to WeBrandStuff. “We”, “us” or “our” refers to Action Distribution t/a WeBrandStuff. We run this store and website. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Keep your account details safe and up to date. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & SAMPLES
We try to show and describe products as accurately as possible, but colours, images, and sizes may vary. Ask for a sample if you need to check colour or quality.
Sample Policy:
Samples can be ordered from us.
Cut-off for overnight delivery to SA branches is 11:00am.
Samples under R30 (ex VAT) can’t be returned for credit.
No returns on memory sticks, food, or personal care/pamper products.
Samples must be returned in original condition and packaging for a refund.
All refunds are by EFT to your company’s bank account.
Samples must be paid in full before collection or dispatch.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can accept or reject any order. Orders are confirmed only when paid in full.
Orders over R50,000 require a 50% deposit (COD clients).
Written or online orders over R5,000 (ex VAT) that are cancelled before collection will be charged a 15% handling/admin fee.
Orders not paid within 10 working days may be cancelled; 15% fee applies if the invoice is over R5,000 (ex VAT).
No cancellations after final artwork approval for account holders.
No returns on bulk, clearance, discontinued, or assembled items (see General section).
SECTION 4 – ARTWORK FEES
No charge for artwork received in the correct format.
Redrawing fee of R200 (ex VAT) if the format is incorrect. Two changes included; R100 (ex VAT) per extra change.
Cancelling branding after layouts are made: R100 (ex VAT) per layout.
Layout fees due even if deadline isn’t met.
SECTION 5 – PRICES & BILLING
Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Prices can change at any time. Make sure your billing and payment details are correct.
Mastercard/Visa/Debit card accepted. No Amex or Diners.
EFT and online payments preferred. Stock only released after payment clears.
For international payments, allow 4-7 working days for clearance.
No cash for orders over R500.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates. We’re not responsible for courier, customs, or other delivery delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Day 1 of branding or delivery is the day after we get both artwork approval and payment.
Delivery times vary by location and service.
Orders must be collected from branches within 5 days of arrival, or they’ll be returned to Johannesburg at your expense.
For courier collection, complete the courier form and wait for our ready-for-collection notice.
Orders over 10 sample items are invoiced and treated as bulk orders; follow bulk returns policy.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Report shortages/damages within 48 hours (Johannesburg); 72 hours if outside JHB.
Refunds/credits given only if items are in original condition and packaging.
No returns for items already branded (even if our error) or items branded by third parties.
No returns on discontinued/clearance/assembled/consolidated goods, memory sticks, food, or personal care items.
Bulk returns accepted only at JHB head office, by management approval and at your expense.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our site is owned by WeBrandStuff or licensors. Don’t copy or use anything without our written permission.
SECTION 9 – TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Any tools or features from third parties are used at your own risk, “as is”. We’re not responsible for third-party sites linked from our site.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
WeBrandStuff is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not part of your transaction; all purchases are directly with us.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY & POPI
Our [Privacy Policy][LINK] covers how we handle your data.
We use Google Analytics Advertising Features (which uses first and third-party cookies and identifiers together).
You can opt out via Ads Settings, your mobile app settings, or [Google’s opt-out][LINK].
By using our services, you agree to the use, processing, and storage of your data as outlined, in line with POPIA.
SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK
We may use any feedback you give us for any purpose. Make sure you have the right to share it.
SECTION 13 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES
We may correct any errors or update info (including product details or prices) at any time.
SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES
Don’t use our services for anything illegal or against South African law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access at any time. Obligations under these Terms remain even after termination.
SECTION 16 – WARRANTY & LIABILITY
Our services are “as is”, with no warranty. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, as allowed by South African law.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify WeBrandStuff and affiliates for any claims from your use of our services or breaches of these terms.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays enforceable.
SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER
These Terms are the full agreement. Not enforcing a right does not mean we waive it.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You can’t transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes go to the Western Cape courts.
SECTION 22 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience and don’t affect meaning.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may change these Terms at any time. Keep checking for updates. Using our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

LOGO 24 TERMS

LOGO24 intends to offer you an option when your client needs to brand an order urgently. To enable a next-day branded offering, Amrod has followed international practice with regards to this service. |
As a result there are certain restrictions associated with LOGO24 and it is extremely important to ensure that you are familiar with our LOGO24 Terms and Conditions prior to placing your LOGO24 order.
Please make sure to read the following very carefully:
1. Logo24 orders may only be placed online. Emailed or faxed orders are not accepted for LOGO24.
2. Once a LOGO24 order has been placed online, no amendments or cancellations are possible. Given the urgent nature of LOGO24 orders, immediately upon placing (and paying for the LOGO24 order), your order will be pulled by our warehouse and sent to our branding department to commence branding.
3. Importantly, due to the urgent nature of LOGO24 orders, no branding layouts will be generated for your order. The logo you supply us (uploaded by you during the online ordering process), will always be branded at the maximum possible size in the position that the LOGO24 branding guideline demonstrates. This logo will be centred within the demarcated branding area on the branding guidelines. All LOGO24 branding guidelines can be viewed on the Amrod website and differ from the standard branding guideline for the product in question. If you have specific requirements for position or size, please place a standard branding order where we have more flexibility with the logo and branding positions. Branding outside of the demarcated LOGO24 branding area, or at a size that exceeds the maximum branding space, will not be available as part of the LOGO24 offering. If artwork contains fine detail or small text that may close up, please ensure that you remove this before uploading the artwork for branding. Logos will not be modified once sent to us.
4. Complete and accurate electronic artwork must be uploaded online at the time of order placement and must be in vector format. Your LOGO24 artwork will only be accepted if submitted in vector format in one of the following formats: .pdf (workable PDF), .cdr (Corel Draw), .ai (Adobe Illustrator). Please note that non-vector artwork saved into these file formats do not qualify as vector artwork and if received in this manner, your order will revert to standard lead times.
5. At the time of artwork upload, pantone colours must be supplied where you require a specific pantone for either Pad Printed or Screen Printed products. For digital branding processes involving full colour logos, vector artwork must be correctly supplied to reflect CMYK colours. If artwork received is unsuitable for the LOGO24 process, your order will revert to standard lead times.
6. LOGO24 is limited to specific gifting products with minimum and maximum quantities applicable per product, per order. These quantity parameters per product for LOGO24 are visible on the amrod website as well as in our catalogue under the LOGO24 icon.
7. Online payment, via the Pay-U online portal on www.amrod.co.za is required from COD clients upon completion of the order. For COD clients, payment is required within 30 minutes of order placement, failing which the order will expire and must be placed again. Once the order has been placed and paid for via the Pay-U online portal on www.amrod.co.za, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please urgently enquire with your account manager or if after 5pm, our nightshift team (nightshift@amrod.co.za).

Orders placed Monday to Thursday:
The LOGO24 service is available Monday to Thursday (when they are trading days in South Africa) and orders must be placed (all clients) and paid (COD clients) by 5pm to be complete and ready for collection in Johannesburg by 5pm the following day (if it is a trading day in South Africa).
Orders placed on Friday:
Orders placed and paid for before 12pm on a Friday (where it is a trading day in South Africa) will be completed by 5pm the following Monday in Johannesburg (if it is a trading day in South Africa). Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, weekends or South African public holidays will not qualify for LOGO24 service and be treated as standard orders with regular branding lead times.
9. This service may require us to contact you after hours. As such, when placing your order, you will be required to insert a contact number to enable us to contact you via email and/or phone until 9pm. If we are unable to contact you to resolve an artwork query, the order will revert to standard lead times.
10. For branch clients, If your account is already set to blanket delivery for branch orders, your order will be sent to your pre-determined branch. If your account is not on blanket delivery, you will need to select branch delivery location once you have placed your order. If a confirmation email is not received, the branch delivery request was unsuccessful and delivery will therefore not take place to the respective branch. Amrod will not be obligated to fulfil the delivery in this instance so please ensure that you receive the confirmation email.
11. No rejections will be accepted under the LOGO24 service, should fine detail or small text close up when branded. Amrod will brand at maximum size and centred, based on the LOGO24 guideline.
