Delivery and Shipping

When can I expect my order?

Branded orders take around 7 to 10 working days to produce, starting from the date your layout is approved. This does not include the payment date. Unbranded orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.

What is the cost of delivery?

Orders over R1250 (excluding VAT) qualify for free standard delivery. A delivery fee of R149 (excluding VAT) applies to orders with a value below this amount. Standard delivery is based on a 2 to 3 working day lead time from the collection date. For larger or non-standard orders, please contact our client service team.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We deliver across South Africa and also offer delivery into other African countries. Deliveries within Africa are quoted separately and are not included in our standard shipping rates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund.

How much does it cost to add branding to my products?

The cost of branding depends on several factors, including the quantity of items, the number of colours used, the branding method, and the size of the design.

Why does branding cost more per item when ordering smaller quantities?

All branded orders include setup fees, which affect the unit cost more on smaller orders. Placing larger orders helps reduce the overall cost per item.

Can you explain what setup fees are?

Setup fees cover the preparation of materials and the machine setup needed to apply your branding.

Do we need to pay a setup fee with every new order?

Yes, setup fees apply to each order as they cover material preparation, machine setup, and other steps required to complete the branding process.

If I'm already paying a setup fee, why is there an additional charge for a redraw?

Redraw fees cover the time and work required to convert your logo into a usable vector format for branding.

Am I allowed to supply my own items for branding?

We generally only brand items supplied by us to ensure optimal results. However, this can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What is the required format for submitting my artwork?

Artwork must be submitted in vector format, such as AI or CorelDRAW files. If you don’t have this, we can assist with a redraw service.

Are the listed prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices shown on our site exclude VAT.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order value is R500 excluding VAT.

Payments

What payment methods are available for my order?

We offer multiple payment options, including online checkout, instant EFT, credit card, and manual EFT.

Is it possible to pay a deposit instead of the full amount?

A 50% deposit is applicable for branded orders, balance due before shipping. The online discount is only applicable to payment in full.

What is the process for cancelling an order?

Unbranded orders may be cancelled within 48 hours. Branded orders can only be cancelled if layout approval has not yet been given.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order value is R500 excluding VAT.

Samples

What is the process for ordering an unbranded sample?

Unbranded samples can be ordered online and either collected from our offices or shipped to you. All shipping costs are for the client's account.

What is the procedure for ordering a branded sample?

Branded samples are available by request and can be arranged directly with your account manager.

What is your return policy for samples?

Unbranded samples may be returned within 7 working days for a credit or refund, as long as they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
