Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. However, if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Custom-Branded Items

Custom-branded items (including any corporate branding, embroidery, or printing) may not be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly branded due to our error. This includes all personalised or made-to-order items.


Unbranded Items

We accept returns on unbranded, unused items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must include all tags and original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required


How to Start a Return

To start the return process, email us at info@webrandstuff.co.za.

If the return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at info@webrandstuff.co.za or call 084 559 0801, and we’ll sort it out.


Items We Can’t Accept for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-branded or personalised items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.


Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the item you want


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved.

If approved, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your bank or card issuer time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact info@webrandstuff.co.za.
