DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Options
Action Distribution t/a WeBrandStuff offers several convenient delivery methods:

1. Courier: We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa. Once your order payment is processed, you will receive all delivery and tracking details via email.

2. Collect: You may collect your order from our shop at Unit 1, Pinco Park, Zandwyk Business Park, Paarl, during business hours.

Can I Order from Outside South Africa?
Yes. International orders are welcome, but additional shipping charges will apply. Our standard and express delivery options only cover domestic deliveries.

Delivery Cost and Time

We use trusted third-party couriers to ensure reliable delivery. Please provide a daytime address for prompt service. Once dispatched, we’ll supply your tracking number.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery (2–5 business days): Available nationwide.

• Express Delivery (1–3 business days): Available to main metropolitan areas.

Terms & Conditions:

• Delivery rates are based on flat-rate pricing (including VAT) for parcels up to 5kg volumetric or actual weight.

• Express Delivery covers main areas such as Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, East London, Polokwane, and Port Elizabeth.

• Additional charges apply for remote or outlying areas.

• Delivery estimates exclude the collection day.

• External factors like strikes, severe weather, or courier delays may impact timelines.
  

• We dispatch orders only on weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

• Deliveries to PO Boxes may take longer and are processed via the South African Post Office.

Changing Delivery Address
We cannot change your delivery address after payment is confirmed and your Payment Confirmation email is sent.

Who Can Sign for My Parcel?
Deliveries are made to the address, not a specific person. Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is signed for by a receptionist, security personnel, or another party at the address.

Tracking Your Order
We’ll send you an email with your tracking number after dispatch. For assistance, contact us directly.

Out of Stock Items
Our inventory is updated regularly. If an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you immediately to arrange alternatives. If some items are available, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like a partial shipment or wait for full stock.

The Fine Print
We strive for efficient delivery, but delays may occur. If your delivery is delayed due to a courier issue or external event, we’ll manage the query directly with the courier on your behalf.
