Jute is a natural vegetable fibre made from the outer stem and skin of the jute plant. Harvested fibres are spun into yarn which is then used to make reusable bags and other products. The plants are easily farmed without pesticides and grow to maturity within 6 months. The material is entirely biodegradable and compostable.
This bag is imported from India, where the jute plant grows plentifully, and which is the largest exporter of jute and jute products in the world. It’s then finished off by sewing on a branded polyester front pocket, which is made in South Africa. Because the pocket is branded before being sewn on to the bag, it can be sublimated in full colour, with edge-to-edge coverage.
The minimum order quantity required for this bag is 100 units, and a slightly longer lead time is required to brand the pocket and sew it on to the bag.

Branded orders take around 7 to 10 working days to produce, starting from the date your layout is approved. This does not include the payment date. Unbranded orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.
Orders over R1250 (excluding VAT) qualify for free standard delivery. A delivery fee of R149 (excluding VAT) applies to orders with a value below this amount. Standard delivery is based on a 2 to 3 working day lead time from the collection date. For larger or non-standard orders, please contact our client service team.
We deliver across South Africa and also offer delivery into other African countries. Deliveries within Africa are quoted separately and are not included in our standard shipping rates.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund.
Learn more about branding options here. Each item may have certain restrictions, and we include guidelines to help you understand what's possible.
The cost of branding depends on several factors, including the quantity of items, the number of colours used, the branding method, and the size of the design.
All branded orders include setup fees, which affect the unit cost more on smaller orders. Placing larger orders helps reduce the overall cost per item.
Setup fees cover the preparation of materials and the machine setup needed to apply your branding.
Yes, setup fees apply to each order as they cover material preparation, machine setup, and other steps required to complete the branding process.
Redraw fees cover the time and work required to convert your logo into a usable vector format for branding.
We generally only brand items supplied by us to ensure optimal results. However, this can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Artwork must be submitted in vector format, such as AI or CorelDRAW files. If you don’t have this, we can assist with a redraw service.
